Coach Jeff is a long time wrestling coach in the community. He has been coaching wrestling for over 20 years, including at Otsego High School, Lowell High School, East Kentwood High School, Paw Paw High School, and is currently the assistant coach at Caledonia High School. He is a wrestling official for MHSAA, USA Wrestling, and NCAA College wrestling. In his wrestling career, Jeff was a multi time Greco and Freestyle state champion.

As you might have imagined, we were pretty excited to have Jeff walk into our doors. He is a high level Jiu Jitsu practitioner, with a love of training and a passion for teaching. As Jeff has helped level up our room, it was an obvious step to officially put him in a coaching roll and introduce a new class to our program. Most importantly, Jeff understands the mission. Grappling is a tool to improve people's lives and help grow healthy communities.
